For Carty Heights. “Episcopal Homes of Minnesota partnered with Trossen Wright Plutowski Architects and Frana Companies to design and build Carty Heights, the first affordable senior housing building in the country to implement geothermal technology.”

 

Uni Award
University United December 15, 2008

For Carty Heights. “This 50-unit housing project for low-income seniors raises the bar in every respect, from its classic Arts & Crafts design motif to its pioneering use of geothermal heating and air conditioning.”

 

Walter & Lydia Deubener Award

Episcopal Homes received a Walter & Lydia Deubener Award at the Chamber’s 25th Annual Small Business Awards of Excellence Luncheon. There were five winners, one in each of five business categories: manufacturing, family and/or minority owned, non-profit, emerging business and service. We won in the non-profit category. Nominees were judged on their accomplishments in the areas of growth, excellence, risk, diversity and innovation.
