Assisted Living
at Iris Park Commons
Iris Park Commons is the kind of place that just feels right. Comfy. Secure. Attractive and well thought-out. There's an easy sense of belonging that you'll notice from the first hello.
We're Family
We worry if you're out late. We always have extra cookies around the house. We'll tell you if your socks don't match. We'll come see you at 2:00 a.m. if you don't feel quite right. If you have good gossip about your granddaughter's new fiancé, we're all ears. We know you want to visit with friends, but have some quiet time too.
We're Cozy
We offer a smoke-free environment with 59 apartments, including one or two bedroom and studio floor plans. Some have balconies, all have large closets. You control your own heating and central air. All styles with kitchenettes include dining in our Parkside Room. All styles with full kitchens offer dining as an option.
We have a furnished guest room for your visitors. Outdoor patios with cushy lawn chairs. A beautiful secluded courtyard with gardens, walking paths and a duck pond with a fountain. Heated parking in our underground garage. A 24-hour emergency call system that will bring a real person running if you should ever need help. And because we believe that limited income needn't mean limited quality of life, some of our one-bedroom and studio apartments are available to people with qualifying incomes through various County programs. No wonder Iris Park Commons is called "a Commnuity of Heart!"
We're Convenient
We do your housekeeping and bed linens for you every week. We offer a flexible menu of Assisted Living services that includes 24 access to a Registered Nurse. You can do your personal laundry, get a shampoo and style at our beauty shop, enjoy ice cream treats at our Café, or visit our wellness clinic without ever setting foot outside. If our in-house library doesn't have the book you're looking for, we can have the local branch library deliver it. You don't drive? Our shiny new bus will get you there with a full schedule of outings for shopping, dining, and just for fun.
The list goes on and on...
Planned social activities • Spacious activities rooms • Chaplains, worship services, and a host of other Spiritual Life gatherings • Tray service for three daily meals during short-term illnesses • Resident Council • And don't forget to ask our residents about our staff!

You are warmly invited to lunch and a personal tour
A visit is a good first step when thinking about a change, so you're welcome to stop by and experience our easier lifestyle (along with a tasty hot lunch) at your convenience. We'll be happy to answer your questions and introduce you to some residents who have faced the same decision that you're facing now. Or, if you'd prefer, we'll gladly send you an informative packet to assist you with your decision. We hope to hear from you soon!
