Our continuing care campus serves senior adults with a variety of options: Newly completed Cornelia House adds 47 much-needed independent living apartments to our community, both limited income and moderate market rate. The beautiful adjoining Coventry Chapel and community rooms serve as a spiritual, social and educational focal point for residents of our campus and beyond. Seabury offers a vibrant community of 50 HUD-subsidized independent living apartments. Iris Park Commons offers 59 comfortable, secure apartments with a menu of assisted living services at moderate market rates and through various County programs. Episcopal Church Home provides exceptional Medicare and Medicaid certified long-term and transitional care.
