Your generosity helps us provide our residents with more beautiful spaces for reading, relaxing, and visiting with family and friends. Thanks to friends like you, we have six lush green spaces for all of our campus residents to enjoy.
You can help our residents fully embrace life by making a gift to the Episcopal Homes Foundation. Every gift is important and there are many ways to contribute to the lives of those who call us home. Giving Options
Recurring Gift– Our Hearth Keepers are those friends who make a contribution to Episcopal Homes on a monthly basis. This can be done on-line with a credit card or through your bank account with a simple call to Shelly (651-632-8855). These gifts can be changed or terminated by you at any time.
Annual Gift – Every dollar makes a difference! We greatly appreciate being included in your philanthropic giving. You can contribute online or mail us a check made out to Episcopal Homes Foundation at 490 East Lynnhurst Avenue, Saint Paul MN 55104.
Memorials and Honorariums – You can remember a loved one or friend or honor a significant person or special occasion. We will notify them of your kindness.
Stocks or Securities – We can easily accept a stock transfer! Donating appreciated assets could have additional tax saving benefits for you.
Your generosity helps us provide our residents with more meaningful choices in their lives. The Sage Singers were made possible because, thanks to friends like you, we were able to hire a professional choral director from MacPhail.
Endowment – Gifts to an endowment fund will generate investment interest to continue supporting those who call us home forever. This can be done while you are living so you can see the benefits, or established through a planned gift.
Planned Gifts – Planned gifts become part of our permanent endowment fund and provide forever funding through a prudent annual draw from the interest income. This is possible in a variety of ways, including: adding a bequest in your Will, naming Episcopal Homes as a beneficiary of an IRA or retirement account. Gifts such as a charitable gift annuity or charitable remainder trust give you, or a loved one, regular income and tax benefits AND support Episcopal Homes.
Recognition and Benefits
Tax Deductible. All gifts made to the Episcopal Homes Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) organization, are tax deductible for computing income and estate taxes as the law allows.
Our Hearth Keepers program recognizes those friends who make monthly contributions to Episcopal Homes. They find that giving a little bit each month allows them to make a larger contribution than they could all at once. This secure, convenient option saves time and money for both you and us!
Our Sister Annette Legacy Society recognizes those who follow in Sister Annette’s path of providing for future residents through a planned gift or by establishing an endowment fund.
Privacy. We never sell or trade names of our donors. If requested, your gift can be made anonymously.
