Seabury has been called a flagship project by HUD and Saint Paul leadership – and for good reason. From the dramatic lighting of its clock tower, to the sweep of the staircase and the fireplace in its lobby, to the inviting design of its 50 one-bedroom apartments, nothing about Seabury looks or feels like "subsidized housing."

Am I eligible to live here?

 

Yes, if you are 62 or older, and if your income is below 50% of the area median income (less than $29,350 for one person or less than $33,550 for two people). Your rental rate will not exceed 30% of your qualifying income. As you would expect from us, we welcome residents without regard to race, religion, gender or national origin.
