We provide long-term nursing care the closely mirrors that experience of living in a private home with family caregivers. Our Household model of care is a welcome replacement for the traditional nursing home!
In many nursing homes, a very important element has disappeared from the culture: HOME. We believe that our seniors deserve a life that is as close to home as possible. Our unique Household model of care creates “HOME” where residents experience joy, dignity, and comfort in their daily living.
Episcopal Church Home offers long-term care in a community of six distinct Households. Our Household model is ideal for supporting each individual's physical, social, and spiritual needs as our mission calls us to do. Each day is informal, like a day in one’s own home, and results in a truly rewarding and satisfying life for residents and staff alike. It’s not just "home-like," it's home!
Come see our Household model of care in action. Schedule a tour. Don’t be surprised if you see a cat or so along the way – three of our Households have one at the request of their residents.
Episcopal Church Home accepts admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Daily rates are based on level of care required for the resident. We accept Medical Assistance, Private Long Term Care Insurance, HMO, Medicare and private/personal funds.
