HUD-subsidized apartments
Seabury opened in July of 2002, and is a jewel in Saint
Paul's Midway setting. The beauty of this HUD-subsidized residence
for adults 62 or older is nothing short of amazing to residents
and visitors alike.
Seabury has been called a flagship project by HUD and Saint Paul
leadership and for good reason. From the dramatic lighting
of its clock tower, to the sweep of the staircase and the fireplace
in its lobby, to the inviting design of its 50 one-bedroom apartments,
nothing about Seabury looks
or feels like "subsidized housing."
